In 1991 Paul Eperon and Peter Davey joined forces to create James Anderson Estate Agents in Barnes. As career estate agents both were aware of a gap in the market in particular in relation to customer service levels and as such James Anderson were the first estate agents in the area to offer fully accompanied viewings on all properties.

Since 1991 our business has expanded steadily, the main driver of our growth being recommendations and referrals from clients. James Anderson is now one of the leading estate agents in the Barnes, East Sheen and Putney area, with six offices providing a full range of selling and letting services, together with expertise in related areas such as surveying, property management and financial services.
